Your visit time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the clinician's day that could have been filled by another patient.
As such, we require 12 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your visit. Patients who provide less than 12 hours notice or miss their visit will be charged an visit type-specific cancellation fee to the card on file.
The Select Visit cancellation fee is $39. The Signature Visit cancellation fee is $69. The Elite Visit cancellation fee is $119.
First-time exceptions are offered as a courtesy. Subsequent violations are charged without exceptions.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for all patients, sessions begin and end on schedule. If you arrive late, your visit will run for the remaining time and be charged in full. Visits cannot be extended into another patient's reserved time.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your visit will be forfeited and an visit type-specific fee will be charged to the card on file.
