Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the clinician's day that could have been filled by another patient.
As such, we require 12 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 12 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of $89 to the card on file.
First-time exceptions are offered as a courtesy. Subsequent violations are charged without exceptions.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
Out of respect for all patients, sessions begin and end on schedule.
If you arrive late, your session will run for the remaining time and be charged in full.
Sessions cannot be extended into another patient's reserved time.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be forfeited and an $89 fee will be charged.

Drop-in appointments are non-refundable once completed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, our cancellation policy applies.
Completed sessions within a care plan are non-refundable. Unused sessions are refundable minus an $89 administrative fee. Refund requests must be submitted in writing. The Transformation plan expires after 4 months. The Comeback plan expires after 3 months. No refunds are issued after a plan has expired.
Memberships are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least seven (7) business days before the next billing date to avoid the following cycle's charge.
Cancellations submitted within 7 days of renewal will be processed at the end of the subsequent billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Members may pause their membership once per year for a one month period. A pause request must be submitted at least seven (7) business days before the intended pause date.
Billing resumes automatically at the end of the pause period. Unused pause time does not carry over or accumulate.

Unused visits from any membership plan roll over automatically into the following month.
Rolled over visits expire at the end of that month and do not carry forward further.
